  We had dinner at Knott's chicken yesterday on 7/13/16 @ 5:00p.m. we had places are order 3" all White chicken dinner' well done!.
  after waiting 40 minutes are chicken came out & it was not ALL WHITE MEAT! like we ordered. So instead of just leaving the dinner and replacing the wrong chicken parts they took back all of the dinners and we waited a extra 25min for them to re cook the same chicken that they took back.so Now when they finally bought back are food the ( chicken ) was burnt.. The mash potatoes was cold!..so we ask for the manager ( Joey) who was vary mean! We tried to tell him every thing wrong about the food & all he done was disagree and basically said we we're lying about everything we ask if he can not charge us for the mash potatoes since they were COLD. and he WALK AWAY! & never came back so the paid the bill of $110. & some chance.. I will say. I been coming here for years every one knows me here..but NOW with these NEW YOUNG manager they think they know everything..THEY ARE VARY RACIST & VARY RUDE..
